3 Steps Special Events, located in Denham Springs, is a rental hall for you to host your special event! You can bring your own food or use a catering service of your choice, the decorators, photographers, DJs and all other business services are chosen by you, or you may choose to do it yourself. We specialize exclusively in providing you with a location for you to hold your special event. We provide the place, you bring the party !
Bookings and visits are by appointment only. Showing of the facility on Saturday or Sunday's from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling 225-665-5778
General Information:
Events Schedule Times for rentals: Friday Nights 6:40PM - 11:30PM, Saturday's 9:00 AM - 11:30PM, Sunday's 9:00AM - 8:00PM.
Rental Rates- $120 per hour. Rental rate is based on the time for utilizing the building. Including and not limited to setting up, delivery items, the actual event time with guest, and clean up after the event.
Events booked for 10 hours or more will qualify for $20 per hour discount.
Booking/Security Deposit required - $300 or $500 for events serving the allowed alcohol.
The deposit is returned by mail after the event date and has nothing to do with the rental fee amount on the day of your event. Deposits are returned by mail for compliance of rules and return of the building in the condition it was received.
Rental Fee must be paid two weeks prior to the event date or one week if paying with cash.
All business services at your event must provide 3 Steps, Inc with certificate of liability insurance prior to your event date. DJ's, Decorators, Photographers, Catering Companies, etc.
Events serving liquor, require an additional $200 in addition to the rental fee for host liquor liability insurance that offers protection for the renter, the guest attending, & the venue.
Ask us about special rates for small events such as Bridal & Baby Showers hosted on a Sunday.
